Frequently Asked Questions
THE SMALL PANEL THAT GOES IN FRONT OF MY PLASTIC TRAY IS OFF
TO ONE SIDE. HOW DO I ADJUST IT?
Often in shipping the crate the small panel that
goes in front of the plastic tray, located at the bottom on the front
and back of the crate, slides over out of place. To fix this, merely unhook
the main panel it is connected to and fold it into the crate. This will
allow you to then slide the small tray panel over into its proper place.
Then merely, fold the main panel back into place and re-hook it.
HOW DO I FOLD MY EXERCISE PEN BACK UP TO PUT AWAY?
There is a "Back-Strip" which is a single
2 inch panel. You fold the pen up by folding the panels to your "back-strip".
Grasp the top of the back strip with your left hand; now fold up the ex-pen
by taking the right hand on the second panel to your right and folding
toward the back-strip. Continue with this procedure until the ex-pen is
folded up into a neat package.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY PLASTIC TRAY FROM MY CRATE?
All our plastic trays are made to slide out the
front of the crate at the bottom or they can fit through the crate door
for removal or installation.
MY BARRIE-AIRE MAKES A RATTLING NOISE, WHAT DO I DO?
First, make sure you have the Barrie-Aire properly
installed and the tension is tight. If the noise persists, using some
black electric tape on the threaded rods at the top so that they fit more
snug usually does the trick.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT KENNEL-AIRE'S BARRIE-AIRES THAN OTHER
COMPETITOR'S PRODUCTS?
The edges are covered with a colorful red plastisol
to protect the headliner and other interior parts of the vehicle. The
Clamps have always been made of metal instead of plastic. There are no
suction cups to come loose and no holes to drill for installation.
